Hi, my name's Sam. I'm 32 and here is one of my stories.

When I first saw Kevin I couldn't help sympathizing with him. Being the biggest man in our office (as in the whole company, actually) I was deeply touched by his gaunt body. It was difficult to understand how he could move on those bones at all!

We were absolutely opposite. Nevertheless, we became best friends very quickly. Perhaps, it was very funny to see us together - at first our friends couldn't help laughing. Later they just got used to such a couple and we got used to all laughing glances of passer-by people.

We were united by the same problem - our bodies. Kevin was too thin. He had a great appetite but it didn't help him to add in weight. My poor friend was examined by various doctors, took various pills and still remained thin - nothing helped. From the other side there was me, buying clothes of the largest sizes, sitting on a diet to lose at least a little bit of my weight. And nothing helped either. But when we were together we forgot about our problem, had a good time, led a night life and hunted for women.

One night we were in some club, drinking bear, when notice two beautiful ladies. They were sitting along not far from our table. The thing was that one of them was rather plump and the other was too slim. We couldn't help laughing when noticed that as the situation was rather familiar. Certainly, the girls didn't like that and got offended. To correct the situation we decided to introduce ourselves to them and to offer them cocktail...

Alcohol did its job. In some hours we were all rather drunk but merry and happy. The girls were just brilliant. I liked Linda very much, the one who was slim. She was much prettier than Sarah. It looked like she liked me too. We saw them off, took telephone numbers and then...

We were too drunk and tired to think clearly. "She's great! I guess she likes me. I'm going to invite her for a date" - suddenly said Kevin and my dreams about Linda disappeared. "No way, I like her too, and I'm sure she likes me. You are mistaken, mate", - I started quietly. But in 10 minutes the night city could hear unacceptable vocabulary of two angry men. It was our first quarrel.

The next morning I called Linda as soon as woke up and invited her to a date. She agreed, which meant I won. Surely, I couldn't help calling Kevin and telling him everything. But to my surprise, hardly had Kevin picked up the receiver and heard my voice when he said: "I won! She's coming with me tonight!" I was confused but decided to do nothing untill the evening.

I was standing at the fixed place and waiting for Linda when I saw her coming. She was so beautiful that I forgot about Kevin's words. We went to the restaurant which Kevin and me used to visit. Some time later I went to a "man's room" and met Kevin there! He behaved like a winner. "Look, I'm sorry, but she chose me. I'm sure you..." - he started when I interrupted him: "What are you talking about? She's having supper with me right now!"

We ran out of the toilet and began looking around. "There's our table, and there she is!" - pointed Kevin on the right corner. "But it's Sarah! Who was talking about Sarah? I'm sitting with Linda over there!" - pointed I on the left corner. Suddenly we understood how stupid the situation was and burst into laughing.

Being rather fat I never liked fat women. The same situation was with Kevin, but quite on the contrary. However, we didn't know about such peculiarity of each other until this happened. What can I say... Opposites drag up.
