What should a woman do on discovering that her favorite dress does not fit her as perfect as it did a couple of months ago? What should a man do on discovering that his car seat is getting too small for him or that the belt is not long enough to hold the trousers?

To buy a new dress one size bigger; to buy a truck and to change the belt with suspenders can be nice answers for these questions, but in a month get ready to buy another dress and a car with even greater dimensions.

The problem is that getting bigger or gaining weight is far more serious than it may seem at first sight. It affects not only a wardrobe, but a human organism and health, which are much more difficult to renovate than a wardrobe.

When people understand the necessity in weight loss, they think about dieting or special medications. Truly, these are good decisions that can really help solve the problem.
