Those stereotypes of health and beauty are exaggerated too much. I want to assure you that neither 90-60-90 thing nor any other standard will never ever make you any happier.
I remember that happy mood of my sister when she (originally and unchangeably plump) lost her first couple of pounds. She was so happy that her pants were falling off! Even then I was already curious whether it changes anything in your life. It eventually came to me that more not rather than yes.
Its not my fault that I was born like that. I could go choose easy way and blame it on my parents that they allowed me too much of fast food and chocolate. Poor guys, immigrants from the Soviets, they spent their lives in poverty and neverending lines to buy bread. So it goes without saying that they wanted THEIR children to be happier on this level.
I remember I could eat chocolate till I wasnt able to chew. My sister and I were really allowed to eat as much as we wanted to. My sister started her losing weight thing when she was turning 15 or something. You should have seen all those dieting tortures! Definitely high school doesnt make life any easier.
One of her boy-friends was really crazy about that. He literally forced her into losing weight. I wish she was doing that in a healthy way, unfortunately she was using not the best diets and models. In the end she managed to lose a lot but her stomach is bad now because of that.
According to the latest developments she used to change her clothes a lot. I can still remember her happy face when her pants were falling down. I dont know how it was with her boy-friends because eventually they all ran away with other chicks. You cant make it with the person that looks only at your body.
Its not that Im completely ignorant about my body. I like chocolate and tasty food, its true, but I never eat too much like I used to do many years ago. My pants never fall down and will never regret that. Whats the point of losing weight? Look at those slim models roaming around? Do you think they are happy?
My mom was slim when she was younger, now shes getting bigger. I think Im gonna be bigger eventually too and will have to buy bigger pants. It doesnt matter though, I enjoy life, it brings me so much pleasure. Imagine you spend whole life thinking of how you look, when are you going to find time for other things. Will you ever meet with friend, read books, learn new things? After losing weight? Nope. After losing some youll definitely want to lose more, then more and more and it will never stop.
I suggest for those who want to be satisfied with their bodies to think less about that. Is it really worth thinking about you think? Keep your pants on and noses up and things will go better.
