Ten years ago my dear doughter, the only reason of my life, my beautiful flower came home with...some guy. "Mom, this is my boyfriend Dan" - Kelly introduced the guest. We sat at the table, Kelly made tea and we talked a lot. Dan was handsome, tall, well built and seemed to be well brought. I was going to let them meet each other, at least I thought they would ask me about it.
When the tea was drunk, we stood up and Dan, feeling absolutely free as in his own house, went upstears to my daughter's room! I fixed a quizzical look on Kelly. "Mom, may Dan stay for a night?" - she asked. "What?! Certainly, he may not! You are only 20, young lady! No sex at this age! Besides, I don't want to be a grandmother at 40!" - replied I strictly."What are you talking about, mother? Dan is an impotent!"
In 5 minutes, when my speech returned to me, I could hardly say: "Honey, but he is only 25! It's not normal! You don't need such a boy!" However, my dear daugter told me they loved each other and she didn't care about his impotence. Well, I let him stay; an impotent couldn't make harm to her, I thought.
Several weeks passed. Dan stayed for a night more often. He seemed to be a good guy but the only idea of my daughter's relations with an impotent made me nervouse. If they had such strong love he might propose to her sooner or later...Having a good doctor as my friend, I decided to help. The doctor said that the reason of such a young boy's impotence could be psychological, but to say more exactly he needed to examine the boy.
When I told Kelly about my visit to the doctor she got in a bate and said they would solve the problem by themselves, feelings were more important to her than sex. Such reaction threatened me and put me on my guard. She couldn't be careless to his impotence, at this age young people think about sex very often. "Maybe Dan isn't an impotent at all..." - suddenly the idea crossed my mind.
I began watching them. Dan behaived very modest, the only parts of Kelly's body he touched were her hands, the only part he looked at was her eyes. It looked like there were really no sexual relations between them - just love. But I didn't calm down and desided to talk to Dan about his problem - to see his reaction. Well, when Dan heard he was an impotent who needed treating his eyes opened widely and he murmured: "That's a real surprise for me... And how many people think so?"
This evening there was a great scandal at home! Dan was very offended and left our house. Kelly lied to me and to him. I thought he was an impotent. Dan thought I liked him therefore let him stay. Well my daughter did wrong and was punished for that. We didn't talk to each other, Dan didn't call and didn't come...
A week later a line of surprises were waiting for me. "Mom, we need to talk", - said Kelly one evening, - "I called Dan to say I'm sorry. We talked and we are togather again. But that's not all... Mom, I'm pregnant..." It was so sudden that I didn't pay attention to these words at first: "Aha, from an impotent..." - but in a moment, - "You what??!!"
So this is how my daughter became pregnant from an impotent. Thanks God Dan was really a good guy and considering the situation proposed to Kelly. We made a beautiful wedding. Ten years of a heppy life have passed. Yesterday, when we were having supper all together, my beloved grandson asked me: "Granny, what's "an impotent" mean?" We all looked at Dan and began laughing.
