I never had problems with impotence and always laughed at men who had. Perhaps, God decided to punish me for that...
It happened when I was 40. I couldn't believe that I suddelnly became unable to satisfy my wife in bed! That night our sex was rather dull and ... uncompleted. Certainly, we both were disapointed and angry with each other but thought it's because of problems at work and weariness. However, when it happened again in a week, and then again and more often we began to worry about it seriously and decided to visit a doctor.
The doctor said there was nothing serious, we just needed to change the medium for some time, to take the vocation and leave for somewhere- to have a rest. And we chose a week in our country house. The doctor's words pacified us; we were sure everything would be ok as soon as we would cross the city border.
So we crossed this border... Our first day in the country was so active that we were too tired to make sex. Or, maybe, it was just an excuse which we created not to make sex, because we were both afraid nothing would work. And the next evening our guesses were confirmed - I couldn't do it. The situation repeated the next day and than again and again...
I was shoked! Am I an impotent now? Nothing worried me at that time more than this fact. Life seemed to be over - I'm not a man any longer! Though my wife tried to ease and to seduce me, I was even afraid to think about sex now, because sex meant another flop to me!
Some days later we came to a conclusion that it's necessary to search for a solution of the problem. My wife offered special cuisine, you know: asparagus, Greek nuts, eggs and so on. This idea seemed stupid to me but we tried... just to confirm my words. Then I suggested to try Viagra. It was hard to persuade my wife to buy it and useless, as it turned out later. There was only one drugstore in our little country village and no Viagra.
After a week of a spoilt vocation we returned home completely distroyed. We didn't talk on our way home and at home didn't talk either. I was thinking about how men could live with this problem and she, perhaps, was thinking about where to look for a good lover...
I wasn't expecting anything from the evening, just lay in bed and began reading my favourite book. My wife didn't even look at me and went to take a shower. As I read my mind cleared up, I stopped thinking about sex, about my problem - the book was really interesting and captured all my consciousness. The evening was calm and silence seemed unbreakable at that moment, until my wife came out of the bathroom.
Without paying attention to me, she stood in front of the mirror to dry her hair and the towel fall down from her body, as if accidentally. Certainly, it couldn't be left unseen by me. Something happened at that moment... We were making sex the whole night! And the next day again and then again! A man in me was born once more! Maybe the doctor meant that changing the medium should help after returning into a usual medium, maybe we misunderstood him...
A week later we went to our doctor to tell him everything. He said that we had taken his words too literally. Changing of the medium can't solve the problem but can just HELP to solve it. We were thinking about this problem too much and forgot that life is not just sex! Hardly had I relaxed and forgot about sex when everything became ok!
After this case I leart to understand impotents and not to laugh at them. Men, the less you worry about it the better it's gonna be!
