Is it Possible to Lose Weight Quickly?

Have you ever seen a person who wanted to be fat? I doubt it. Extra weight causes nothing but a line of illnesses, discomfort, problems with private life and so on... Nevertheless we seldom take care of our weight until we can see our legs only in the mirror. Then we are lying on the sofa, doing nothing and thinking: how to lose this extra weight as quickly as possible without any efforts?

So is it possible to lose weight quickly? Yes, it is possible but not preferable. Let me explain. Nowadays there exist a lot of various diets, tablets, treatments for quick weight loss. Some of them really work. But you should remember that there is no diet, as well as treatment, which will help you lose weight quickly (3-6 days) and preserve the new shape for a long time. It's impossible!

First of all such sharp actions are very harmful for your organism. Secondly you'll be able to see the results of these tortures only for 3-5 days (just enough time to find a boyfriend/ girlfriend for yourself). Then you'll add in weight again as quickly as you've lost it. Besides, there is no guarantee that you won't be even fatter!

And what about surgical intererence, you may ask? Here the situation is almost the same but a little more difficult. First of all the operation itself is rather dangerous and expensive. Secondly it may maim your body by leaving some scars on the skin. And finally the result is the same: as soon as a person breaks his diet he/ she starts adding in weight again. Nowadays surgeons are looking for more effective means.

Recently an operation of lessening the stomach's size has been suggested. The results of such an operation could be very effective if it were not so complex and unsafe. But if you've got much money, bravery and you want to come in through any door freely you may try this variant.

Now let's return to diets. As you've probably understood: quick loss of weight is the worst loss of weight. It is normal when you lose 1kg per month (you better start right now), it's also harmless for your health and even useful in some way. Besides, when you reach the desirable effect it will be preserved for a long time.

How should you do it? Don't keep to your neighbour's/ mother's/ sister's diet. One and the same diet can't be helpful for everyone! To determine your private diet you should consult your physician. Then, don't keep to your diet more than it was prescribed by your doctor, otherwise it will begin working on the contrary.

However one diet is not enough for normal, healthy weight loss. In general obesity is the result of badly balanced diet, lack of activity, inadequate reaction to a stressful situation, daylight sleeping or the use of hormonal preparations. That's why the struggle with extra weight should include: your private diet (sometimes even starvation), increasing of physical activity, special complex of physical exercises (3-5 times per week for 40-50 minutes) and giving bad habits up. Only a complex of all these actions may guarantee a good result.

Of course, it will need much time till your friends recognize you in a TV show of models, but it's worth that, isn't it?
