Problematic skin? No, it's not about me. I don't have such problems and I never had. However, my younger cousin has.

He always had problems with skin, especially on his face. When he was 14 my aunt thought it would pass; now he is 19 and he still has the same problem. We all thought that it would be his load forever. Unfortunately, he quickly got an inferiority complex, because of the skin condition, and it prevented him from living to his full capacity. He was very shy, afraid to communicate with people, especially with girls; he was afraid everyone would laugh and mock at him. So he just spent all his free time at home. He didn't have friends and didn't even want to.

At first I didn't understand where he got the inferiority complex. All students at the University where he studies are quite normal and adult enough not to laugh at a person with any defects. Everything cleared up for me when my aunt told me about her son's studying at school. My poor cousin was an object of ridicule there. Other boys always abased him, and the coolest guy in their form repeated constantly that my cousin would always be an ugly dreg of society. Certainly, after such mocking and humiliation any person would get inferiority complex.

Of course, I felt sorry for him as the guy was really good and definitely needed help. I tried to explain him that he was quite cute in spite of his acne, that he should not have stayed at home and hide from everyone; otherwise he would always be lonely, without friends, without a beloved girl... Nothing worked. He just repeated that I never had such a problem; therefore, I wasn't able to understand how it was to look like him.

Finally, I found the way out. I decided to introduce him into our company. Though my friends were a little bit older than my cousin and it cost me much effort to get him out, I managed to do it. What for? Just to show him the first guy of our company, who wears the most fashionable clothes, changes girls each week and is the life and soul of any party. I told my cousin many times about this guy, I just forgot to say that this "soul of any party" had even more problems with his skin than my cousin did.

Well, first evening my dear relative was just sitting in the corner and gazing at a pimply boy, who was standing in the center (as usual) with a cigarette in his mouth and telling anecdotes. Though these anecdotes were not really funny, everybody laughed, especially girls, who tried to get closer to him on various pretexts. My cousin was shocked!

Now I can say it was a bright idea to take him with me. Several weeks have passed and now my cousin spends all his free time either in my company (where he was accepted hospitably) or... with his girlfriend (from my company) who is a model and is 2 years older than he!

For all those, who still worry about their skin condition, I can say the following: everyone will treat your acne the way you treat it. The way you behave in any society, this society will treat you. A skin disease is not the most serious problem of life. People can live with it, and not so bad, actually!
