2.) Step yourself up in the aerobic department : Nothing will burn more fat from your body then simple aerobic exercise. The treadmill is a very boring state of exercise however, so I suggest using the elliptical for all your aerobic needs.
The elliptical burns roughly ninety-two percent of the calories that the treadmill does, yet it is much more satisfying and will likely push you to stay on it longer then the treadmill would. While the treadmill works over your entire body, the elliptical focuses more on your lower body so you may decide where you want to do your aerobics based on the parts of the body you need to trim.
3.) Use those free weights : It has been proven that using free weights will not only get more of a pump for your muscle, but will help your body burn more fat as well. Working out with machines helps trim down your muscle need to move the weights, thus making you work less efficiently, and burning less fat as the result.

The first two weeks of restricting yourself from your favorite snacks will be the hardest, afterwards you will realize that a great looking stomach is much more important then that old doughnut in the back of the refrigerator.
5.) Keep at it : This is the most important step out of all. You need to start the program and keep at it. While it may feel exhausting to continuously limit your fatty foods while dragging yourself to the gym, it is worth it. If you truly strive to lose the weight, keep it off, and look great there is no other way. Remember the Nike commercial Just Do It.? Thats the way everyone should be thinking when it comes to weight loss. Just do it. Thats all.
