Getting Renovated With Renova

Do you remember the fairy-tale about the apple which kept the youth ever? You should just bite it – and never get old. Well, even the real-life history remembers lots of attempts to invent the substance that would keep the freshness of the body and soul going for eternity. But nothing lasts forever (well, maybe except waiting for your turn to the restroom when you can’t hold it anymore). All the living things are meant to fade and get to an end one day.

The major reasons of skin aging are changes in our body chemistry in the flow of time. As years pass, the skin loses its fat and becomes thinner, as a result – it looks less smooth. Also various environmental influences, such as pollution and exposure to harsh irritants or chemicals, do their “dirty” things affecting the skin. But the major and most damaging extrinsic cause of skin aging is photodamage - damage caused by the prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation from the sun.

Our skin is like a detector of our inner biological fading and it gets fine wrinkles, brown age spots and roughness the older we get. But things can be changed and there’s a way to postpone the “external fading”. This way is called RENOVA, the remedy that is meant to renovate your skin.

The product is commonly released in forms of Renova 0.02% Cream and Renova 0.05% Cream, both containing tretinoin, a Vitamin A derivative, corresponding to the one naturally occurring in our body. The former is a light water-based cream, containing only 0.02 % of tretinoin, the latter - rich, oil-based cream with 0.05 % tretinoin concentration. Both were approved by FDA and the studies proved the effectiveness of Renova 0.02% in reducing facial wrinkles, and of RENOVA 0.05% - in fighting fine facial wrinkles, as well as fade brown spots and smooth surface roughness.

Now, about how Renova does its renovating business. Tretinoin acts to replace old skin with the new one, lightening it and slowing down the removal of the skin cells that may have been harmed by the sun. Penetrating the epidermis and dermis, tretinoin activates gene transcription for many important proteins by binding to specific retinoid receptors in the cell nucleus. The result is visible within the first month or two, and with the prolonged use of Renova (up to five-six months) you will notice the reduction of fine wrinkles and fading of brown spots.

People using Renova may experience some itching, redness, dryness or peeling – tretinoin is a dermal irritant. It may occur during the time you start using Renova. Be careful applying tretinoin together with benzoyl peroxide, these elements should not be mixed together. Also, limit the time of sun exposure and use a sunscreen while outside. Forget about Renova if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or are breast-feeding. First, it is not recommended; second, it’s not the best time to think of your wrinkles now.

Well, get renovated when you need it! Renova is there for you!
