How to Make One's Hair Healthier?

It's not a secret that naturally healthy hair is a great rarity. Certainly, each of us wants to have a beautiful hair without any efforts. That's why most people believe different advertisments blindly, buy various shampoo and are sure the problem is already solved. But it depends on what exactly problem you have and why, on the whole, it has appeared. Besides, as some people say: a good product doesn't need to be advertised. So, make conclusions.

Nowadays bad ecology is one of the main reasones of most illnesses. And hair illnesses are not the exceptions. The content of our meal also has a great influence on our hair (much greater than you could imagine). Another reason of weak, unattractive hair is various means which we (especially women) use to make our hairdo more beautiful. Add to all these factors some stresses, wrong shampoo, dry air (because of the conditioner), the absence of time to take care of your hair properly...and say hello to your ugly, weak 10-20 hairs which have been left on your head!

All the named above factors lead to the loss of some (or almost all) amino acids. Amino acid is the foundation of a protein, which is basic building material of a human organism. That's why its loss makes harm not only to the hair structure but also to the structure of the skin and many other tissues of a human body.

So, how to return beauty to one's hair?

Let's start from hair washing as it is a very important process. You should wash your hair as often as it requires and only with warm water (not hot!). It's better to apply a little shampoo on your head but two times. Do not use a hairdryer, let your hair dry by itself and don't comb it while it is wet. You shouldn't also change your shampoo until it stops working for good.

Of course, to find appropriate shampoo is not an easy thing, because there are different types of hair and a great number of various shampoo for each type. You must know what type of hair you have and read the notice on each bottle of shampoo attentively. Except shampoo you may also use different herbal tinctures, just a simple egg, but not soap (are you trying to cure your hair or to save on shampoo?)! After washing hair with soap it will become too dry and matt.

Now about the diet for your hair. No, your hair won't eat anything -- you will (if you still want to make it healthy). Remember what you should eat more than usual: fish and other sea products, vegetables, eggs, nuts, not fatty meat, natural oil, bread, fresh fruits and beans. These products are not only safe for your hair but also useful as they contain a lot of vitamins which are necessary for normal hair growth and strength.

You should also remember products wich have a bad influence on your hair: fried food, tins, salt food, spicy food and also hamburgers, hot dogs, pasties, tarts... Do you know what that means? Yes -- no McDonald's and other snack bars with fast food! Certainly I can't say that keeping to this diet will make your hair healthy and strong at once. But together with other treatments it will work for sure.

There also exist many various masks for different types of hair. If you have difficulties with choosing the correct shampoo, mask or other treatment you should consult your doctor ( not your neighbour) who will determine the type of your hair and advise you how to tend it.

And a little but very important piece of advice from me: take care of your hair constantly but not once a year!
